i will try to make this brief >:)basics. i'm private, selective, and 18+. i only interact with mutuals!! i don't mind personals, just please don't spam or reblog my stuff unless it's tagged with "#okay to reblog"friendly. this blog is crossover, duplicate, and oc friendly!! and although ships are unlikely, this is multiship!shipping. i do not do a lot of shipping, and given silva is a minor in most of her verses. i will only ship her in relationships where the other character is a similar age to her.in silva's z-a verse, she is 18-19; but i still refuse to do any smut with her. if you ask me to do smut with silva, i willl explode you with my mind and you will be hard blocked.triggers. this blog will contain subjects such as: child experimentation, manipulation, abandonment, death, existentialism, dehumanization, child abuse, cult mention, cult indoctrination, as well as similar topics. i do my best to tag everything, but sometimes i forget and some of these topics are integral to silva's character.i will always tag posts with possibly triggering subjects with "#ask to tag" if i don't know what else to tag it!! so it's generally safe to just block that tag.

physical ability. silva was raised in the snowbelle forests by two talonflames. she is incredibly powerful due to her upbringing and has a full immunity to cold temperatures.
technical skill. silva has a knack for technology, and if you give her enough time: she can figure out anything. she is capable of advanced hacking, identity theft, hotwiring, and many other technical skills. in another life, she would have been an inventor.voices of pokemon. silva is able to understand pokemon. this also applies to ultra beasts and paradox pokemon. she understands pokemon better than people, and uses pokemon to translate what people are saying. with this, she is able to understand every language so long as she has a pokemon with her repeating what's being said.
for some reason, she is also able to understand ultrahumans perfectly.
hearts. silva is able to hear the "heart" of a pokemon. the heart is the soul. with this ability, she is able to hear and feel the emotions of a pokemon.
with both voice and heart, silva is often overwhelmed by the amount of sounds going on around her.shadow pokemon+ due to silva's sensitivity to hearing the voice and heart of pokemon, some things overwhelm her and make her pass out. the prime example is shadow pokemon, as she not only can be shadow'd, but it causes her to freak out and black out upon intense exposure of it. this also applies to some legendary pokemon--though they usually just make her dizzy--as well as some forms of radiation. this can often show in her meeting someone with some strange vibe, saying hi!!! then immediately blacking out.conditioning. during her time with team flare, silva was went through pavlonian conditioning with use of a klefki--named keyley--for use in the labs. silva's conditioning ranges from a simple jangling of keys to keep her calm, to being able to command her to come. further information

SYV:NL/Silva Yveltal: Neural Link was the first experiment performed on silva by team flare. this was a success, and created an artifical bond with yveltal. silva is able to feel what yveltal is feeling and her dreams are now permanently yveltal's memories and feelings. however, yveltal is also able to feel what silva is feeling and some of her memories have been given to yveltal.syv:d/silva yveltal: duplicative due to the success of the first experiment, there was a theory that silva could be used as a vessel to create a clone of yveltal. this was proved correctly as after the accident, silva is now capable of draining life and healing herself, as well as using pokemon moves such as sucker punch and phantom force.
presently, silva is genetically 100% yveltal, but she has not transformed into one yet. instead, she is covered in grey and red scars that resemble the inside of yveltal's wings.she is a living breathing cocoon, with her insides liquid and almost all of her internal functions being shifted to taking in and using life energy. it's suspected that she will eventually "hatch" and a new yveltal will come out.life draining. when silva is injured in any serious way--drawing a significant amount of blood or a death wound--she will "set off": blacking out and everything within a 10-20 meter radius will be turned to stone as their life energy is drained.this ability was first used when she lost her eye in one of flare's labs and drained the life of the scientists around her. with every time she sets of, silva requires more of an injury. at first, even a paper cut could have caused her to set off, now it takes a significant amount of damage before she sets off.in certain areas or around certain things, silva will become more or less stable. when in the crater, silva is incredibly stable and would not set off unless she died. similarly, if she was near the tree of beginnings, the anistar sundial, or in the ultra deep sea, she would be stable. however, a majority of ultra space and galar's crown tundra will make her set off easier.yveltal features. throughout time, silva has gained yveltal features, such as the scarring along her body, horns, and a small yveltal tail. if a pokedex were to be aimed at any of these features, it would pick up yveltal.additionally, silva has yveltal's moveset, but she only really uses sucker punch, aerial ace, and phantom force. she uses phantom force as a way to escape difficult situations.

pokemon items. given silva is essentially a pokemon, anything meant for pokemon works on her.body temperature. silva's average body temperature in the present being 110.2 F, though it can get as hot as 140.6 F directly after setting off. she does not seem to get sick anymore.the sundial. silva was born in anistar city. she was born to be the vessel of the sundial--perhaps to replace olympia's role once she died. however, due to silva being abandoned and left in snowbelle city, she never connected with the sundial like she should have. if she were to ever go to anistar, she would black out and feel extruciating pain as she feels the years of death and time she missed from not being linked to it. afterwards, she would have a permanent link to the sundial, no matter where she was; but she would also feel dizzy and sick the longer she's away from the sundial.even without being linked, if someone were to enter her dreams and try to talk to her, the sundial--in silva's body--would be there rather than silva's mind. usually this sundial-silva takes the form of little silva, but will occasionally go to when she was 12 just before she left kalos. it is not capable of looking like present silva until silva returns to kalos.the sundial is a stellar. a stellar is an cosmic existential being that often takes a variety of forms. some look like pokemon, some are whole environments, and others are artifacts. the sundial is one of the oldest ones and is a sibling to the megalith.
other canon stellars are: jirachi, the tree of beginnings, zygarde, and terapagos.if you want to learn more about stellars, let me know!! but it isn't required at all for you to know about them :) just know that silva has a cosmic horror in her head. it's also implied that the sundial is why silva can hear pokemon voices/hearts.the great crater of paldea. just a quick note!!! due to silva's connection to yveltal + the sundial, the crater is constantly speaking to her and she feels the need to go deeper and sleep. this is due to the original home of yveltal behind beneath the crater, as well as terapagos--another stellar--trying to get her closer.the longer silva is in the crater, the more tired she gets. if she stays there for too long, she will become a cocoon and it will speed up the process of her turning into a full yveltal.
